Recently I realized how awful social media and the internet has become, and I am making a conscious effort to distance myself from it.
I began reminiscing about the old days of the internet, scrolling through gaming forums and going to coding camp and looking at colorful websites.
I recently remembered Lemmy's Land, where you can probably(???) still find some of my own art and writing from god knows when. A 12 year old in 2024 would say it looks like shit but if your website DOESN'T have bright cyan backgrounds and times new roman font in bold and h2 font, I don't want to see it. (this is a joke - except if you're Elon Musk or Mark Zuckerburg or whatever :p)
